Isabelle is an experienced dietitian who is passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to better health through personalised, practical nutrition advice. She works collaboratively with each client to create a safe, respectful space where they feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Isabelle has experience across a range of clinical areas, with particular specialty in women’s health conditions, disordered eating and Eating Disorders*, where she has supported clients in both the community and hospital settings. She is also experienced in working with NDIS participants to achieve their unique goals.

Her approach is grounded in evidence-based practice, with an emphasis on realistic, sustainable strategies that fit into everyday life. Whether you're navigating a complex relationship with food, looking to build long-term healthy habits, or seeking support with specific health concerns, Isabelle is here to help you take the next step with confidence and compassion.

Isabelle is also a passionate Sports Dietitian and in her week she provides dietary guidance to football teams in the local area!

Isabelle specialises in the following areas of practice;

  • Eating Disorders/disordered eating; including AN, AAN, BN, BED, ARFID and body image concerns*

  • Women’s Health; Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), Endometriosis, Peri-menopause/ Menopause

  • Vegan/Vegetarian Diets; Optimising key nutrient absorption with suitable food pairing, Correcting micronutrient deficiencies, Strategies for meal variety and flexibility, Vitamin and mineral supplements

  • Gastrointestinal disease & conditions; Coeliac Disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Inflammatory Bowel Disease (Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's Disease), SIBO

  • Chronic Health Conditions; Diabetes (Type 1 and 2), Kidney disease, Hypertension,High cholesterol, Liver disease, Osteoporosis & osteopenia, Arthritis, Gout, Insulin resistance, Thyroid disorders

Isabelle works with older adolescence (>16yrs) and adults.

*Please note, that we do not see acutely medically compromised clients who are currently requiring inpatient admissions or tertiary hospital ED programs. Once discharged, Isabelle is here to help you continue the recovery journey in the community.
