Kimberley is passionate about providing a safe, non-judgmental space to discuss eating and weight concerns. She supports individuals in developing a more harmonious relationship with food and body image through using evidenced based Non-Diet/Intuitive Eating Approach and the RAVES framework to facilitate positive health behaviour changes.

Kimberley adopts a weight-neutral and trauma-informed approach. She supports adults with chronic diseases, disordered eating, eating disorders, gastrointestinal concerns, mental health, and nutrition-related needs.

Kimberley specialises in the following areas of practice;

  • Eating Disorders and disordered eating; including AN, AAN, BN, BED, ARFID and body image concerns.* Note, Kimberley has particular clinical interest in BED and OSFED.

  • Body image healing.

  • Neurodivergence; ADHD, ASD and mental health conditions.

  • Chronic disease management; Type 2 Diabetes, High cholesterol / Heart health.

  • Functional gut issues ie constipation, diarrhoea management.

Kimberley works adults (18yrs and over).

Outside of work, Kimberley enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time by the ocean.

*Please note, that we do not see acutely medically compromised clients who are currently requiring inpatient admissions or tertiary hospital ED programs. Once discharged, Kimberley is keen to help you continue the recovery journey in the community.
